Parisian Summer Birthday

October is Birthday month! My Niece, Sister, Mother & Myself. This will be for my Mom. This is a very easy card to make. The panels are Pink Pirouette (2), & Bravo Burgandy. Next layer is Sahara Sand, then the ever so lovely Parisian Summer DSP. The "Happy" is snailed directly to the paper. The "Birthday" is popped up on a dimensional along with the flowers. Finishing touch is the ribbon. It is hard to see in the photo but I put Dazzling Diamonds on the flowers for a little extra bling :-)

Winter Post with some sparkle!

Hi everyone, I thought of this card at work earlier today and could not wait to get home and get it together. I love sparkle so I thought I would add some iridescent ice for them to skate on. It's hard to see in the photo but there are snowflakes in the sky. Used the snow stamp from Punch Pals stamp set. I incorporated all the colors from the Holiday Treasures DSP, love this paper. I made a background for my sentiment by cutting a 1.5 x 1.5 square and rounding the corners. This card looks so much better in person.

Supplies: Winter Post, Punches Three, & Punch Pals stamp sets. Watercolor paper, Baja Breeze, Choc. Chip, Old Olive, Whisper White cardstock. Holiday Treasures DSP. Ink: Versamark, Bashful Blue, Bordering Blue, Ruby Red, Old Olive, & Choc. Chip. Accessories: Iridescent Ice Embossing Powder, Heat Tool, Scallop Die (Maker ? - it was a gift), Real Red ribbon, Square Scallop Punch, Corner Rounder Punch, Paint brush, dimensionals.

Winter Post Christmas Card

I thought the Reindeer in this set was just too cute and I had to find a way to incorporate him into a card. I used the Top Note Die with Riding Hood Red cardstock then I cut another one in Holiday Treasures DSP and trimmed around the edge so I could get a red border. I did use the Stamp-a-ma-jig to line up the Reindeer on the sentiment. The edges were sponged with Choc. Chip and Riding Hood Red ink. Snowflakes done in Whisper White Craft ink with stamp from the Punch Pals set.

Stamp Sets: Winter Post, Punch Pals, & Heard from the Heart. Supplies: Sahara Sand, Riding Hood Red, Whisper White Cardstock. Holiday Treasures DSP. Whisper White Craft ink, Choc. Chip & Riding Hood Red Classic ink. Vanilla Hodgepodge Hardware, Old Olive ribbon, Top Note Die Cut, Stamp-a-ma-jig, sponge, Scallop Edge Punch, Designer Label Punch.

House of Haunts - #2

Halloween is so much fun and I just wanted to try out my Sizzix Big Shot using the Top Note die. I cut out two top notes, one in whisper white and the other in wild wasabi ( I'm trying to use up my old "In Colors"). I trimmed around the whisper white so I would have a wild wasabi border. Stamped house & sentiment with versamark and used black embossing powder. I used markers on the windows and the moon.
Supplies: Black, Wild Wasabi, & Whisper White cardstock. Ghostly Greetings DSP. Versamark ink, Stampin' Write Markers - Summer Sun & Pumpkin Pie. Wild Wasabi ribbon and Earth Elements buttons. Used a Heat Tool, Stampin' buddy, & dimensionals.

Jagged Edge

Punch paper as usual then place it back into the punch and move it slightly so you will get a jagged edge. Hope this helps :-)

Jagged Edge

Attemping to add another photo but I have an error on my page so I'm going to have to do two separate entries. Go figure! This is what it looks like when you get done.

House of Haunts

This was a fun card to make! Started with Whisper White and brayered on Summer Sun, next a light coat of Pumpkin Pie. Cut a circle with the coluzzle on a post-it note so it would hold, then brayered two more layers of pumpkin pie. Sponged Bravo Burgandy around the edges. Used stamp-a-ma-jig to get the tree where I wanted it and used black embossing powder. The paper was pretty curly by then so I adhered it to some bravo burgandy. The jagged edges on the DSP was done by using the scallop edge punch and going back and cutting uneven.

Supplies: Black, Whisper White, & Bravo Burgandy Cardstock. Craft White, Versamark, Summer Sun, Pumpkin Pie & Bravo Burgandy ink.
Ghostly Greetings DSP, Scallop edge punch, black emboss powder, heat tool, stamp-a-ma-jig, brayer and a sponge.

Harvest Home with Autumn Vine DSP

I received my new Designer Series Paper "Autumn Vine" today. I just could not wait to make a card with it! The pumpkin is done the same as the other Harvest Home card posted earlier.

Supplies: Really Rust, Choc. Chip, & Sage Shadow cardstock. DSP - Autumn Vine
Choc. chip & Sage Shadow ink. Scallop Edge punch, Ticket corner punch, Choc. Chip Grosgrain ribbon & dimensionals.

Fall Flair & Best Yet

I am so in the mood for fall that I just had to make another fall inspired card!
I stamped the solid leaves in summer sun & pumpkin pie on whisper white cardstock. Next I stamped the open leaf in Encore gold and sponged gold around the edges. Applied this to a piece of pumpkin pie card stock. The background is always artichoke and the leaves are stamped with versamark. The sentiment was stamped on whisper white, solid leaf in summer sun and stamped off one time and added sentiment in always artichoke. Sponged pumpkin pie around the edge and applied with dimensionals.

Supplies: Whisper White, Always Artichoke, & Pumpkin Pie cardstock.
Versamark, Encore Gold, Pumpkin Pie, Always Artichoke, & Summer Sun Ink.
Dimensionals, Curly Label Punch, and a sponge.

Harvest Home

I cased this right out of the Stampin' Up! Fall & Winter Idea Book & Catalog minus the brad. I used water color paper for the pumpkins using a paint brush and ink from my pads. I started with Summer Sun, More Mustard and topped them off with Pumpkin Pie. The stems are done in Mellow Moss and a little Choc. Chip. So Saffron paper was spritzed with Choc. Chip. The Mellow Moss Strip was sponged on the edges with Choc. Chip.
Ink: Really Rust, Summer Sun, More Mustard, Pumpkin Pie, Choc. Chip, Mellow Moss.
Paper: Really Rust, Choc. Chip, So Saffron, Mellow Moss.
Accessories: Paint Brush & Stampin' Dimensionals.
